All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within  business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on [Sundays].
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
Shipping by Seller will be accomplished in accordance with Customer’s instructions utilizing Customer’s selected carrier. Shipments shall be sent from Seller’s Point of Origin. The Point of Origin for All shipping and delivery terminology shall be consistent with the current Incoterms approved by the International Chamber of Commerce (hereinafter “Incoterms®”). For Parts originating from the Hong Kong shipments shall be made Ex Hong Kong Warehouse. For Parts originating in Singapore shipments shall be sent Ex-Singapore Warehouse.
Deliveries shall include regular commercial packaging, documentation as applicable (airworthiness, MSDS, etc.), packing list, customs documentation and a commercial invoice. These documents shall be made available to Customer’s selected carrier.
Shipping, insurance charges and related expenses such as export fees, handling, shipping, special packaging, insurance, taxes, duties, import fees, and/or levies that may be assessed by an appropriate governmental authority will be billed to Customer. The Seller’s aircraft parts, components and assemblies may be subject to the EAR, FTR and ITAR regulations. As such, when exporting these items Customer should consult with trade compliance professionals or freight forwarders to ensure proper export controls are adhered to. Any error or discrepancy in shipping of the Customer’s order must be reported to Seller within 24 hours of receipt of shipment.
Risk of loss, damage or destruction to the Parts and/or materials shipped by Customer shall pass to Seller at the time such Parts and/or materials are received by Seller.
